Jewelry Giveaway Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility:

• Our Jewelry Giveaways ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period:

• The current Giveaway begins on January 31st and ends on February 22nd, 2024, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time).

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
  • Like the official Giveaway post on our Instagram.
  • Follow our Instagram page.
  • Tag two friends in the comment section of the Giveaway post.
  • Every additional two friends tagged will qualify for an additional entry.
• For additional entries, participants may:
  • Share the Giveaway post on their Instagram story and tag our Instagram page (@Mahalvibrations).
• Each participant can earn up to [5] additional entries through sharing the post on their story.

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected using a third-party program to ensure fairness and transparency.
• Winner selection will take place within two days after the Giveaway closing date.
• The selected winner will be announced on January 2nd, 2024, on our Instagram page.
• By participating in the Giveaway, entrants automatically consent to being tagged in the winner announcement post.

5. Prize:

• The current prize is also available for purchase on our website.
• No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize is allowed.

6. Winner Notification:

• The selected winner will be notified through Instagram Direct Message (DM).
• The winner must respond to the DM within 72 hours to claim the prize.
• Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Location Restrictions:

• The winner must be located within the United States.
• The winner must meet all legal requirements to receive a giveaway prize, which may vary by state. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they meet these requirements.

8. General Conditions:

• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
• Participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this Giveaway.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions made by the Sponsor.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or the integrity of the Giveaway.
• Winners are limited to single win per calendar year.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a winner if they openly support or are in any way affiliated with group(s) recognized as a terror organization by the United States or its allies.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason.
